About this area

Homes Near Skyline Ridge Need a Different Approach

Properties near Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve sit higher in elevation than most of San Jose. That means steeper driveways, more wind exposure, and homes built to handle hillside grading. Many homes were built in the 1970s and 1980s. They have wood siding. The sun and wind near the ridge beat it up. We've worked on several homes out this way. We've done exterior paint jobs. We've done garage floor upgrades for owners tired of dusty concrete. Folks near Horseshoe Lake call us for the same reasons. Access can be tight on some of these roads, so we plan deliveries and parking before we ever show up.[1]

I rarely leave reviews, but the team at Zubr Construction did such an amazing job that I couldn't not write one.
They replaced all of our old carpet with stunning new laminate floors and painted the interior walls. The transformation is incredible! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and they left the house spotless.
If you need flooring or painting, stop looking and call these guys. Highly recommended!

We had our full bathroom and powder room renovated, and two months later, I still love the result every single time I walk in.
The main bathroom was a complete gut job, including repairing walls damaged from old leaks. We went through a couple of unexpected hustles, but it was resolved and the timing re-negotiated. The team handled every challenge smoothly, they swapped out the old valve and managed to squeeze a pretty large bathtub through a tight entryway without a scratch.
The tilework around the tub and on the floor looks amazing. Our new vanity turned out to be a bit longer than expected, but they got it fitted into the space perfectly. They also installed new toilets, towel bars, and backlit mirrors in both rooms.
I’d definitely hire them again!
